Step 1:

A survey is conducted of the existing house.

Step 2:

After we have this survey data we start planning the new addition or design as per client meetings.

Step 3:

Once all layout is decided the last part is to issue construction documents to get the permit. This permit process usually takes up 3 weeks for the city to do their review. After you get the approved permit it is time to start your construction.
